Passa Architects was requested to investigate an existing stand-alone pool structure of a high-rise condominium tower and determine an exterior renovation design that would provide a modern, pleasing aesthetic while addressing a badly water damaged, deteriorating existing stucco and brick façade. Passa Architects design required the existing stucco and brick to be removed entirely around the building with a new metal siding façade installed on the front face of the building with spray foam insulation installed to better insulate and waterproof the wall construction. The new look metal siding façade was brightly colored with sloped tops and sides to create a bold, new defining appearance to the building.
