Pillette Green Apartments

As a partner with R. Meo Associates prior to establishing Passa Architects, Joseph Passa was Project Architect and designer for this non-profit 32 unit, 3 story apartment building designed to house both singles and families. One of the aspects of this building was that it was allowed to progress away from electrical heating for the more efficient gas supplied hot water system with Ministry of Housing approval. The unique features of different colored units on the exterior with their slab component balcony system and pyramid roof forms has contributed to making this building an iconic home for the inhabitants.
